Just about every Law School in the U.S. has some sort of full tuition scholarship available. Each law school has different criteria- some are for people wanting to go into public service, some with great numbers (GPA, LSAT), etc. Check out their individual websites to find out more about scholarships. http://officialguide.lsac.org/search/cgi-bin/QuickKeyFact.asp

You can generally find schools that can offer a full scholarship, but it only covers tuition. You're on your own for rent and other living expenses, which usually means taking out loans since it's difficult to work while in law school. Schools have varying policies on their scholarship criteria -- some are purely merit-based, some purely need-based, and others are a combination. Some schools also offer a loan forgiveness program if you go into a low-income job (usually these are public interest jobs) after law school. Think about which law school you want to attend and then look up their specific policies on their school website.
