Hi! Is there any schools in Temecula, California or anywhere in California offering a full scholarship for a junior high school coming from Philippines? I'm looking for someone who can sponsor my schooling, placement fee and my ticket going there in USA. I am a consistent honor and academic&sports awardee student here in Philippines. Thanks :)

Yeah of course, you can to go in schools anywhere in California, if u speak english. hum, not anywhere (because there are schools who take that the best students), but if you are a good student you can to go to the school a bit anywhere in California.

No I don't think you are going to find any. Public school is free in the US. A parent or legal guardian is going to have to sign you up for school. You would have to already have someone to live with. High schools in the US do not have housing. You can look into private boarding schools. but I don't think you would find one to give you a full scholarship You could look into being foreign exchange student at a US high school.
